The transportation of any parcel is solely the liability of courier companies. BINNJAMIL Deals can only assist in the claim process, however has no control on the final compensation a courier company would provide.
4. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is only accepted if your order is in the processing status and has not been packed yet. Cancellation requests for orders should be made by submitting a Cancellation Ticket. Cancellation through any other means such as email or phone will not be acknowledged or processed.
Once the order is packed and/or picked up by the courier for the preparation of the shipping process, customers can only request a return instead of order cancellation. Any return fee, including administration and return shipping fees are borne by the buyer. All goods returned must be packaged in good and original condition, unused, and unopened within 14 calendar days.
